The Ogun State Independent Electoral Commission (OGSIEC) has said it would recruit over 10,000 ad hoc members of the staff for the conduct of July 24, 2021 local government election in the state.
The Commission’s Chairman, Babatunde Osibodu, told newsmen Wednesday in in Abeokuta that the ad hoc staff would serve as Electoral Officers, Presiding Officers and Poll Officers during the election.
He urged political parties participating in the elections to ensure they organise transparent primaries.
