Osibanjo, others for Elite Exclusive Magazine awards

Vice President, Yemi Osibanjo has been nominated as Public Servant of the Year.

He will receive the award at the 5th Anniversary dinner of Elite Exclusive Magazine in May in Abuja, the nation’s capital.

According to a press release signed by the Publisher of the Magazine, Mbuotidem Ubom, “nominees were chosen by members of the public via online based on their track record of service to humanity. For details of the nominations, visit www.elitephenomene.com/nominate.

Others who will receive the award include:  Dr. Mrs Gloria Douye Diri and Dr Mrs  Martha Udom Emmanuel as First Ladies of the Year, Hon Sunday Dare, Mrs Pallen Tallen  and Chief  Rotimi Amaechi as Ministers  of the Year while Pst Umo Eno is Elite Man of the Year.

Others include Aminu Waziri Tambuwal of Sokoto State as Governor of the year, Senators Ali Ndume and Gershom Bassey as Senators of the Year, Boboye Oyeyemi Mfr and Prof M.N Sambo of NHIS for Elite Award in leadership,  Rt. Hon. Adebo Ogundonyin and Chief Sherrif F.O Obrevori as Speakers of the year, Tope Shonubi of Sahara Energy and Ikechukwu Nnamdi of Medallion Group as Business Persons of the Year.

Also, Prof. Ekele Bisallah Ahmed of University of Abuja Teaching Hospital and Prof. Ememabasi Bassey are nominated as Health Persons of the Year, Obong Patrick Udofia, International President of Mboho Mkparawa Ibibio and Prof Benjamin Okaba, President of Ijaw National Congress as Life Time Achievers while Professors Ndaeyo Ukpabio and Abdallah Uba Adamu as Vice Chancellors of the Year, among others.

The release further noted that a roundtable discourse titled “Managing Nigeria’s Diversity: The Quest for Effective Leadership in 2023” is billed to hold same day.

The event expected to kick off with a red carpet by 4pm, is scheduled to hold at the prestigious Ladi Kwali Hall, Sheraton Hotels and Towers Abuja
