Governor Samuel Ortom of Benue State on Sunday decried the increasing number of orphans in the state.
Ortom blamed the development on alleged incessant invasion by herders while making a remark during the thanksgiving service in honour of the family of Justice Polycarp Kwahar at the Evangelical Church Winning All (ECWA), English LCB, Makurdi.
