The Coalition of Ogun State Youth Forums on Wednesday called on President Bola Tinubu to reopen land borders as part of measures to tackle the growing economic hardship in the country.
The youths expressed worry that all the palliative measures rolled out to address the hardship didn’t factor in Nigerian youths, especially the unemployed ones.
The spokesman of the coalition, Fẹmi Owoẹyẹ, who addressed newsmen in Abeokuta, asked Tinubu to rise up to the hardship by opening land borders to stimulate the economy and reduce increasing cost of food items.
