The student, studying Biomedical Physics at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) in Ghana, reportedly sells water after school hours to help pay his tuition fees.
In the video, Doctor H20 is seen selling water to football fans at a stadium. The TikTok user who shared the clip captioned it with a heartfelt message,
“Hmmm, a graduate student is selling water… humble self, it shall be well.”
