At least, one person was killed in Osogbo, the capital of Osun State on Saturday when rival cult groups clashed.
The clash between the Aiye and Eiye confraternity caused a panic in Osogbo as residents scampered for safety.

An eyewitness told Daily Trust that the victim was killed at Laro Primary school, Isale Osun, Osogbo.
The corpse was taken to the State Specialist Hospital, Asubiaro where it was deposited in the mortuary.
The Police Public Relations Officer in the state, Yemisi Opalola, could not be reached at the time of filing this report.
