One person has lost his life in a ghastly motor accident at Umunze in Orumba South Local Government Area of Anambra state.
The accident, which occurred around 10.40am on Thursday, involved a 911 Mercedes Benz Tipper with registration number ENU 924 XA.
An eyewitness said the driver was on top speed when he lost control and crashed into a ditch, leaving one of the occupants dead.

Confirming the incident, Ag Public Education Officer, Federal Road Safety Corps, Anambra State Command, Kamal Musa, said the deceased had been deposited at the morgue.
The Sector Commander, Andrew Kumapayi urged motorists especially truck drivers to abide by the stipulated speed limits in built-up areas.
