The House of Representatives member representing Idanre/Ifedore Federal Constituency of Ondo State, Rep. Tajudeen Adeyemi Adegunsonye has defected from the Social Democratic Party (SDP) to the All Progressives Congress (APC).
Adegunsonye, who announced his defection yesterday, cited the lingering leadership crisis and fragmentation of the SDP in the state as the reason for taking the decision.
His letter of defection was read on the floor of the House by the Speaker, Femi Gbajabiamila.
