Former Speaker of the Ondo State House of Assembly and gubernatorial candidate of the All Progressive Congress (APC) in the last primary election, Victor Olabimtan has told the PDP and the lawmakers in the state to leave the APC and Governor elect, Rotimi Akeredolu out of the current crisis rocking the.
Olabimtan who was also a former Federal commissioner for Ondo, Edo and Ekiti state, said the crisis should not be pushed to the APC.
He said ruling PDP should be able to manage and hold the House together adding that when the APC takes over it would now be the party’s duty to be involved.
“It is the problem of the House and the present government,” he said.
During an exclusive interview with the Daily Trust in his Alagbaka house, Akure at the weekend, Olabimtan also said that there is no division in the APC in the state but different forces.
