Olam Group announces Agri Board of Directors

Olam Group Limited (Olam Group or the Group) announced the appointment of eight new board members to Olam Agri (the Olam Agri Board), effective July 1, 2023.

After the varied business portfolio of the Group was reorganised to create long-term value, Olam Agri was separated from Olam Group.

Olam Agri is an agricultural company that specialises in producing food, feed and fiber, with a focus on emerging markets and a global origination footprint.

The company offers a variety of goods and services, such as grains and oilseeds, flour, pasta, integrated feed and protein, rice, edible oils, specialty grains and seeds, cotton, wood products, rubber, commodities financial services, and funds management.

Collectively, the eight Board members serve on four Olam Agri Board committees: Governance, Nomination, Talent and Remuneration Committee and the Audit and Compliance Committee.
