Oilserv Limited, an oil and gas firm, has donated N100 million worth of medical supplies to the Enugu State government.

Oilserv boss, Engr. Emeka Okwuosa, presented the medical supplies and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to the Enugu State government and people in furtherance of Oilserv Group support and part of her CSR initiatives, a statement from the company said on Wednesday.

Okwuosa reaffirmed his company’s support to the state government, and mentioned that the donations were part of Oilserv’s on-going support for the numerous local intervention efforts between state governments and the National Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) in the fight against the coronavirus pandemic.

The items were received by the Governor Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi at the Enugu statehouse, according to the company’s statement.

The company said it would be donating medical supplies to more state governments across the country in the coming weeks.
