The Commissioner for Culture and Ijaw National Affairs in Bayelsa State, Mr Austin Dressman, has said that God endows the Niger Delta region with oil for optimum development of the seven states of Nigeria where the Ijaw are found.

Dressman reiterated yesterday while presenting his ministry’s score-card at the ongoing inter-ministerial/agency briefing in Yenagoa that Niger Delta oil was meant strictly for the Ijaw in Bayelsa, Ondo, Rivers, Akwa Ibom, Delta and Edo.
