Ogun So-Safe recovers stolen car

The Ogun State Government-owned So-Safe Corps has recovered a stolen car in Ado-Odo.

The Commander of the corps, Soji Ganzallo, speaking through the corps spokesperson, Moruf Yusuf, explained that at about 4am on October 14, officers of the corps in Ado-Odo Division, while on routine patrol in Olorunleke community, stopped some men in a white 2019 4Matic Mercedes Benz marked EKY 520 JA.

Yusuf further said, “Having questioned their ownership of the vehicle, they (suspects) stylishly escaped from the scene.

“A search on the car showed that it was snatched from its owner at gunpoint in Ibadan, capital of Oyo State.”

He noted that another number plate marked, AKD 144 AC, was found hidden in the vehicle,adding that the car had since been handed over to the police.
