Ogun lifts ban on worship centres

Ogun State Governor, Dapo Abiodun, yesterday announced the reopening of worship centres more than four months after they were shut as part of moves to flatten the curve of the coronavirus.

Abiodun also lifted the weekend lockdown which had been in force since May.

The governor, who made this known in a statement personally signed and issued in Abeokuta, said the worship reopening takes effect immediately.

He said that there must not be more than 200 worshippers in a service while services must not exceed one and a half hours.
