The Society for Peace Studies and Practice (SPSP) has called on the federal government to deploy diplomatic and coercive instruments to avert further carnage across the country.
The society, an umbrella body of peace scholars and practitioners in Nigeria, expressed deep concern over the security situation in various parts of the country.
