The #EndSARS movement legal representative, Miss Modupe Chizoba Odele, has revealed that she would be going on a long exile from Nigeria after her passport was reportedly seized again by officials of the Nigerian Immigration Service (NIS).
She revealed in a series of tweets on her verified handle @Mochievous that her passport was seized again but was released after she made calls to some people who she did not disclose.
Daily Trust reports that her passport was earlier seized for days in the wake of the #EndSARS protest in October.
Odele had provided legal aid for the #EndSARS promoters.
She revealed early this morning that she almost missed her flight last night after the immigration officials allegedly took her passport for “secondary clearance.”
There has been outrage in some quarters over alleged government clamp down on the promoters of the recent #EndSARS protest.
