The Court of Appeal in Abuja has reserved judgment in the appeal by Zedici Capital Ltd seeking to enforce the arbitral award of N3.8bn arbitral aware over its remodeling of the Obudu Mountain Resort in Cross River State.
A three-member panel presided by Justice Olabisi Ige on Thursday reserved the judgment after Zedici Ltd represented by Moses Ofeoshi and the Cross River State Government represented by Tawo Tawo adopted their briefs of argument.

The panel approved Ofeoshi’s application to file and serve new list of authorities within three days.
Zedici filed the appeal against the Government of Cross River State and the Attorney General of the state following the judgment of an FCT High Court in 2019 refusing to affirm the arbitral award to Zedici Ltd over its investment accruing to N3.8 billion in the Obudu resort.
