Ahead of tomorrow’s general elections, an election observers’ group, the Coalition of Democrats for Electoral Reform (CODER), has advised the Independent National Electoral Commission to have fallback plans in case of unforeseen challenges.
CODER Executive Director Wunmi Bewaji told newsmen in Lagos that from the interim report filed by a team of 380 observers in the 36 states, it was discovered that the electoral body could not have successfully hold the elections last Saturday.
He stated: “INEC must however review its planning and logistics and ensure that they have fallback plans in case of unforeseen challenges.”
