The presidential candidate of the Labour Party (LP), Mr. Peter Obi has defeated his rival in the All Progressives Congress (APC), Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu at polling unit 003 in new Market Square in Uburu Ohanzara Local Government Area of Ebonyi state.
The polling unit is where the former Minister of Science and Technology, Dr. Ogbonnaya Onu voted.

The LP presidential candidate scored 157 votes while, APC came second with 10 votes while PDP scored 4.
The counting was done at about 4:10 pm and the election was peaceful.
