Ahead of the 2023 general elections, the Chairman and founder of “The Big-Tent”, Prof Pat Utomi, has said the “Obi-Datti Movement” is beyond the presidential candidate of the Labour Party (LP), Peter Obi, noting that the movement is about taking back Nigeria from bondage.
Utomi said this yesterday in Abuja at a campaign organised for LP candidates for this year’s general elections.
The Big-Tent is an independent campaign body comprising all support groups rooting for the Obi-Datti presidency.
“What we are doing in this campaign is multitasking. We must come together to see that at least, we save our nation. The Obi-Datti movement is not about anybody but Nigeria. We want to be citizens; we want to be proud of this country; everybody knows what happened just yesterday. Our passports have been downgraded more while some other countries have seen their passports moving up.

“We will not be second citizens in our country just because of a small group of people calling themselves elites taking 450,000 barrels of crude oil and also taking subsidies and enjoying everything while all of us are living in object poverty,” Utomi said.
