NYSC to renew partnership with management institute

The partnership which commenced in 2011 has trained over 250, 000 corps members in the areas of entrepreneurship and skills acquisition for self-reliance and the partnership. It is due to expire in June this year.
Speaking in Abuja when he received a delegation of the institute in his office, Director General of the scheme, Brig-General Johnson Olawumi said the scheme would not only renew the partnership but also seek for the expansion of the MoU to accommodate more corps members.
According to him, the partnership was important to the scheme because the skills acquisition programme by NYSC was introduced to empower young Nigerians economically saying “we will not relent in our effort.”
