The National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) in Bauchi State, on Tuesday, flagged off a three-day medical outreach for rural dwellers in Sanga community of Toro LGA.
The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that the exercise is taking place under the NYSC’s Health Initiative for Rural Dwellers (HIRD).

Speaking during the commencement of the exercise, the Bauchi State Coordinator of NYSC, Alhaji Namadi Abubakar, said the outreach was open to more than 500 members of the community.
He added that some of the ailments to be attended to, free of charge, were malaria, typhoid, hypertension, diarrhoea, cholera and diabetes.
