Buhari arrives from US as NEC meeting holds

A meeting of the National Economic Council (NEC) on Thursday morning was chaired by Vice President Yemi Osinbajo at the State House in Abuja.
The meeting is being attended by most state governors while other are represented by their deputies.
The meeting is expected to discuss modalities for accessing the N713bn relief package recently approved by President Muhammadu Buhari for state to pay workers’ salaries.
Meanwhile, President Buhari arrived Abuja in the wee hour of Thursday from a four-day official visit to the United States.
The president is, however, had not arrived office at 11:30am Daily Trust reporter observed.
