The Nigeria Security and Civil Defense Corps (NSCDC) has constituted a task force to clamp down on unregistered and unprofessional armed private guards operators in Bauchi State.
The Commandant of NSCDC in Bauchi, Ilelaboye Oyejide, who constituted the task force, said the state would no longer be a haven for the operation of illegal security guards, noting that if the trend was left unchecked such operators would constitute security threats.
