NSCDC parades 3 suspects over hemp

Operatives of the Nigerian Security and Civil Defence Corps in Ekiti State  have paraded three suspects over an alleged refining and selling of substance suspected to be cannabis sativa.

The suspects are  Agbekeye Ayomide, 22, Oladimeji Akintomiwa, 21, Agbekeye Beulah, 20.

Parading the suspects,  Ekiti State  Commandant of the NSCDC,  Mr. John Fayemi, said they were arrested at Zone 1, Olorunda, Adebayo area in Ado-Ekiti, where they were selling the products.

Items recovered from them include wrapped substances suspected to be cannabis sativa and other materials used in processing the substance into chips.
