The Nasarawa State Command of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) has arrested a 24-year-old man Hassan Danladi for allegedly engaging in fraud and cheating with fake currencies naira notes in the state.
Parading the suspect in his office on Wednesday, the Commandant, Mamudu Fari stated that the suspect was nabbed in the Shinge Market area of Lafia Local Government Area of the state while attempting to buy a ram with the fake notes.

According to the commandant, a total of N165,000.00 of fake notes was found on him, adding that the suspect has been working for his master who is now at large.
