NSCDC deploys 800 operatives in Yobe

The Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), Yobe State Command, has deployed over 800 operatives to protect government and non-government critical assets and infrastructure in the 17 LGAs of the state.

In a statement, the command’s spokesman, Bala Garba, said that ahead of the planned protest by youths due to the hardship in the country, the state’s Commandant, Adamu Idris Zakari, while assuring the protection of critical assets, called on youths to have a sober reflection on the security situation.
