The Northern Governors Forum (NGF) has commended the Sultan of Sokoto, Alhaji Muhammad Sa’ad Abubakar III as he attains 64 years of age, and hailed his peace initiatives and efforts to address illiteracy in Nigeria’s Northern region.
The Chairman of the forum and Governor of Plateau State, Simon Lalong, in a congratulatory message issued by his Director of Press and Public Affairs, Dr Makut Simon Macham yesterday in Jos appreciated the Sultan’s efforts at promoting peace, unity, and development in the Northern Region and the entire nation.
