Northern artisans, professionals, traders back Tinubu

A new group called the All Progressives Congress (APC) Northern Professionals, Artisans and Traders Alliance for BAT/KSM, yesterday, converged in Abuja to strategise on how to mobilise grassroots support for the party’s presidential candidate, Bola Ahmed Tinubu and his running mate, Kashim Shettima ahead of the 2023 poll.

Speaking at the event, the national leader of the movement, Attahiru Ali, said APC remains the party to beat, stressing that the party’s presidential candidate would win the election and redefine governance in Nigeria.

He said Tinubu remains the only candidate that has the capacity to implement his manifesto and resolve the socio-economic and security challenges bedevilling the nation.

He said, “We will engage and mobilise support for our party’s presidential candidate, BAT/KSM, at national, regional, state, senatorial, district, local government, down to ward levels and polling units.”
