The Nigeria Olympic Committee (NOC) in collaboration with the Sport for All Commission under the auspices of the International Olympic Committee (IOC), will hold a seminar for fitness trainers from September 18 to 19 in Abuja.
According to the NOC, the seminar is being organised for the State Sports Councils as a follow-up to the previous one held in 2017 for all State Directors of Sports.
A statement released by Tony Nezianya, the Public Relations Officer of NOC said the Committee will provide accommodation and meals for one participant from each State Sports Council.
He said other fitness clubs will be welcomed to attend the seminar but will be responsible for their transportation, feeding and accommodation throughout the programme.

The Chairman of NOC Sport For All Commissions, Dr. Abdul Ibrahim has urged all State Sport Councils to take advantage of this opportunity and nominate qualified staff members to attend the seminar.
At the end of the seminar which is to be held at the Association of National Olympic Committee of Africa (ANOCA), certificates will be issued to all participants.
