Speaking Thursday to journalist in Abuja during the National Summit on Non-kinetic approaches to insecurity and Inter-agency collaboration.
The National Orientation Agency (NOA) yesterday asked Nigerians, including religious and traditional leaders, to join hands in complementing the efforts of security agencies in the fight against insecurity.
NOA Director-General, Dr Garba Abari, made the call in Abuja Thursday during the national summit on non-kinetic approaches to insecurity and inter-agency collaboration.
Abari stressed the need to deploy the non-kinetic measure for the fight against insecurity.
Chairman, North-East Development Commission (NEDC), Paul Tarfa, urged traditional institutions, religious leaders and opinion leaders to complement the government’s efforts in tackling insecurity.
