The DG NOA who was represented by the Director of Planning, Research and Strategy, NOA National headquarters, Malam Nura Yusif Kobi, said engaging the youths was part of the activities of the agency on National Value Charter.

He said the 1000 youths to be engaged would be part of the sensitisation campaign team of the agency across the 17 LGAs in the state.

He said Nigerians should shift their focus to promote the national value system that guides the behaviour of both our leaders and citizens.

He added that while Nigerians grapple with the challenges of poor infrastructure and a struggling economy, the most pressing challenge is the attitude of its citizens.

He said the focus of the charter should be the values that will guide all Nigerians – leaders and followers in their daily lives, whether in private or public.
