NOA tasks electorate on voters card

Kogi State Director of the agency, Chief Ibikunle Medubi, made the call yesterday in Lokoja, during an interactive forum for stakeholders on the continuous voters registration exercise. He said the forum was organised to promote effective participation as well as mobilize national support for the registration exercise.
He said there is a need for the agency to collaborate with critical stakeholders to sensitise and educate the public, particularly those of voting age.
In his speech, Chairman of Kogi State Independent Electoral Commission(KGSIEC), Mr Andrew Owonipa, said for elections to be successful and democratic, electorate need to register and obtain voters card.
