The New Nigerian People’s Party (NNPP) has distributed 50 cars and 500 motorcycles to party officials and supporters in Gombe State, ahead of the 2023 general elections.
Speaking at the distribution in Gombe, the party’s gubernatorial candidate in the state, Khamisu Ahmed Mailantarki, said the gesture was to appreciate the support of NNPP members and officials.
He said he joined Gombe governorship to liberate the people from the shackles of mis-governance under the ruling All Progressive Congress (APC).
Mailantarki added that the distribution of the cars and motorcycles would boost the morale of the party members to deliver the message of hope the NNPP is bringing to the nooks and crannies of the state.
