NMA laments professor’s death

The Nigerian Medical Association (NMA), has decried the death of Professor Adeola Abosede Orogade of the Department of Paediatrics, Ahmadu Bello University Teaching Hospital (ABUTH) Zaria, in an auto crash along Kaduna-Zaria highway.

The Kaduna State NMA chairman, Dr. Stephen Akau Kache, who disclosed this while speaking with newsmen, said the incident occurred on June 10.

He called on the federal government to declare a state of emergency on that route to protect lives of citizens plying the road and recommended a joint task force to ensure strict adherence to traffic laws.
