Leaders of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), under the aegis of APC Legacy Awareness and Campaign, have said it may take some time for Nigerians to see the full results of President Muhammadu Buhari-led administration’s interventions.
The group consists of a former National Publicity Secretary of the party, Mr Lanre Issa-Onilu; Director-General of the Progressives Governors Forum (PGF), Salihu Mohammed Lukman; Youth representative in the APC Caretaker/Extraordinary Convention Planning Committee, Barr. Ismail Ahmed and Mr. Tolu Ogunlesi.

The group, in a statement signed by the four members above, said: “We are confident that safer days surely lie just ahead, for our country.”
The APC leaders said President Buhari had consistently highlighted the priority given to security among the components of his administration’s governing agenda, adding that his administration would secure the country.
“None of Nigeria’s security challenges is new; what is new is the boldness and commitment with which the Buhari administration is confronting these age-old challenges.
“Even as several challenges persist across the country, we are confident that the interventions being implemented, many of which have not been seen in Nigeria’s recent history, will begin to yield fruit in the near future,” the group said.
