Nigerian women coaches advance to CAF C-License second module course

Thirty women coaches have advanced to the second module of the CAF C-License Coaching Course, which began last month in Abuja.

The first module, conducted at the NFF/FIFA Technical Centre, MKO Abiola National Stadium, ran from 15th to 25th July, followed by a two-week internship at various clubs.

NFF Technical Director, Coach Augustine Eguavoen, expressed satisfaction with the coaches’ discipline, dedication, and commitment to the program.

“The second module started on Monday, and we are generally impressed by the discipline, dedication and commitment of the coaches to the entire programme,” NFF Technical Director, Coach Augustine Eguavoen told thenff.com.

The second module commenced on Monday and will conclude on Friday, 16th August, followed by another internship from 23rd August to 4th September. The third and final module, featuring examinations, is scheduled for 9th to 19th September.

The coach educators’ team includes NFF Head of Education Dr. Terry Babatunde Eguaoje, Coaches Isah Ladan Bosso, Wemimo Olanrewaju, and Lawrence Ndaks. Notable participants include former Super Falcons stars Precious Dede, Joy Jegede, Esther Michael, and others, alongside Barr. Victoria Nlemigbo and retired FIFA referee Folusho Ajayi.
