Nigerian Idol records new eviction

The Nigerian Idol Season Six, a talent hunt for entertainers, continues this weekend with seven contestants competing.

They are Kingdom Kroseide, Akunna Okey, Faith Onyeje, Francis Atela, Beyonce Ajomiwe, Comfort Alalade and Emmanuel Elijah.

The spectacular performance by Emmanuel Elijah ended last weekend’s show, even as Daniel Ikechi is set for eviction having recorded the least votes.

While the judges gave a standing ovation as Ikechi performed “Kiss from a rose” by Seal, he had the least votes and was evicted from the show.

Eviction continues Sunday, June 6, till July 11 for the grand finale.

The Nigerian Idol music talent reality show aired on DStv Channel 198 and GOtv Channel 29 is sponsored by Bigi, a brand of Rite Foods Limited. The beverage firm also produces the Bigi soft drinks.
