Dr Paul Adalikwu has emerged as the Executive Secretary of the Maritime Organisation of West and Central Africa (MOWCA).
Adalikwu, who was unanimously accepted by transport minister-members, would run the organisation’s affairs for the next four years from its headquarters in Abidjan.

In a congratulatory message, the Organised Private Sector in Africa commended the appointment of Dr Paul Adalikwu as the Executive Secretary describing the development as “a huge plus for Nigeria and Africa as a whole”.
A statement issued in Abuja by President of Nigeria Private Sector Alliance, Prince Adetokunbo Kayode, on behalf of the National Association of Chambers of Industry, Mines and Agriculture (NACCIMA), the Federation of West African Chamber of Commerce and Industry( FEWACCI) and the Pan African Chamber of Commerce and Industry in a statement felicitated with Nigeria and the Ministers of Transportation for ensuring the emergence of Dr Adalikwu as the Executive Secretary.
Kayode described Dr Adalikwu as “a highly educated, well trained seasoned technocrat who brings his wealth of experience and dynamic competence to the Secretariat of MOWCA.
