Nigeria’s Golden Eaglets are world champions again, for a record fifth time, after beating African champions Mali 2-0 at the 2015 FIFA U-17 World Cup in Chile.

The two goals came in the second half of the match after the first half ended goalless from both sides.

Nigeria had lost a chance to take the lead in the first half when the Malian goal keeper stopped a penalty.

‎The Golden Eaglets’ Victor Osimhen won the Golden Boot award, while team skipper Kelechi Nwakali won the Golden Ball to add to the team’s title win.
