Mugaju, who is leaving Nigeria to assume a new UNICEF position in Kosovo, said reports about Nigeria internationally do not represent the true picture of the happenings in the country.
The UNICEF chief stated this at a dinner organized on his behalf by media executives in Kaduna.
“I’ve learnt several lessons; one of them is that there is always another angle to every story. What we see, what we hear is not what it’s all about Nigeria and that is a powerful lesson I learnt,” Mugaju said.
He added, “North-West and North Central zones collaboration and partnership has been great. I have seen the power of partnership especially on issues that affect children in Northern Nigeria.
