Professor Bilbis explained that, already three months out of the timeframe had gone but their scientists were working assiduously to produce the vaccine within the given time.
The Executive Secretary of TETFUND, Professor Suleiman Bogoro, expressed happiness with the development.
On the new centre, he said scarcity of tertiary level texts in Nigeria had reached a crisis proportion as evident not only in the quality of books available but also in the quantity of books produced locally.
