The operation of the joint Nigeria-Israeli M.Sc. programme is to generate ideas that intensify the understanding of management with a view to developing innovative, ethical and intuitive future leaders.
This distinctive programme moves beyond basic lectures and theory to examine global case studies focused on different industries, cultures and sectors, both in Africa, Israel as well as in many other cultures and economic systems.
The structure of the programme is made up of five phases. The first semester of phase I of the programme will take place at FUTO for the period of 14 weeks and it comprises seven courses.
The second phase, which covers the second semester intensive studies will be at GIMI in Israel and will focus on human resource management high tech industries. The semester is for six weeks and had only four courses.
The eight weeks semester III of the programme which comprises of four courses will hold at FUTO while the phase IV will take a student one year to prepare his/her M. Sc. Thesis, present and defend it as well.
