‘Nigeria can generate N2tr revenue from non-oil sources’

Bello disclosed this in a release to our reporter on the role the company is prepared to play in the drive to diversify the Nigeria economy.
He said, “Our objective is to boost and enhance effective revenue generation from non-oil exports thereby improving the country’s infrastructural development. We believe strongly in the Nigeria agenda. In our little way, we intend to generate gainful employment for the unemployed Nigerians.”
According to Bello,Transpec is working hard in monitoring output and quality of Nigerian exports, while at the same time assisting government in recouping the appropriate amount of revenue accruing from the goods being exported for the benefit of the national economy and development.
