The United States (US) government has said that it will continue to partner and support the nation’s efforts to counter terrorism and insecurity.
The US Secretary of State, Anthony J. Blinken, in a message to felicitate with Nigeria on her 61st independence anniversary, also promised to support the country to improve health systems, strengthen democratic institutions, promote respect for human rights, and bolster economic growth through bilateral trade and investment.
Blinken assured that the United States looks forward to expanding its relationship over the coming year and advancing their mutual interests.
