Niger State orders lock down over coronavirus

The Niger State governor, Alhaji Abubakar Sani Bello, has declared a curfew in the state from 8am to 8pm till further notice starting from Wednesday.

The governor made the declaration while addressing journalists at the government in Minna on Monday.

All public gatherings of more than 20 people is prohibited while street hawking and begging are also banned.
