Mr Ogundele Joshua Ayodeji has been posted to Niger State as the new Commissioner of Police.
He hails from Oyo town in Oyo West LGA of Oyo State.

Ayodeji, the 36th Commissioner of Police in the state succeeded Monday Bala Kuryas, who retired from the force after 32 years in service, having attained 60 years of age.
A statement by the State Command’s Public Relations Officer, DSP Wasiu Abiodun, said sequel to the retirement of the former Commissioner of Police in the state, Ogundele Joshua Ayodeji, was deployed but assumed duty as the new Commissioner of Police on Monday.
