Amaju Pinnick has confirmed the receipt of one million dollars ($1 million) from the Federation of International Football Association (FIFA) as a palliative for the coronavirus pandemic.
According to the Nigeria football body’s chief, the breakdown is composed of five hundred thousand dollars each for men’s and women’s football, while half a million dollars would be received from the body governing the beautiful game in January.

Also, Pinnick confirmed in a series of tweets that the NFF received the sum of six hundred thousand dollars ($600,000) for Fifa Forward 2.0 projects in Birnin-Kebbi and Ugborobo.
