To ensure compliance with all the established regulations, the Vice Chairman of the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission, Dr Musiliu Oseni, has charged the Jos Electricity Distribution Plc to ensure that all customer complaints brought before it was expeditiously tackled.

Dr Oseni gave the charge in Bauchi Monday, during his official working visit to the state.

The vice chairman also charged the staff of the company to ensure regular availability of electricity in the company’s areas of operations owing to its importance to the socio-economic interest of the country.

“You should endeavour to work up the revenue. It is only when the business is doing well that the welfare of the staff could be guaranteed. You should therefore put in your best”, he counselled.

Managing Director, Jos Electricity Distribution Plc, Engr Abdu Bello Mohammed who took the vice chairman around the various offices visited promised that the company would adhere strictly to all the rules and regulations governing the business of electricity distribution in the country.
