NEMA donates ambulance to FCT FRSC

A statement issued by the agency’s information officer, Manzo Ezekiel, said the donation was in furtherance of NEMA’s mandate on disaster management.
Presenting the ambulance, Director General of NEMA, Muhammad Sani Sidi, said the donation was in line with the role of NEMA in supporting response agencies.
The DG, who was represented by the Director of Search and Rescue, Air Commodore Charles Otegbade, said the ambulance was to aid response to emergencies in the FCT.
Responding, Corp Marshal of the FRSC, Mr. Boboye Oyeyemi, who was represented by the Deputy Corps Marshal (Operations), Mr. Adei Abu, appreciated NEMA for the kind gesture, and promised to use the ambulance for the purpose it was meant.
